Jophine's Lugawan Jophine's Lugawan is well known for its congee in upper Antipolo. Mr. Felix & Mrs.Jophine Talavera e Mr. & Mrs. Talavera established it in 1982.

The first eatery was located at M.L.Quezon St., near the post office. Now, we're located at Unit 1, Ground Floor, Leovino Bldg., Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City.
