To Our Dear Customers,

First of all, we thank you for being our loyal and consistent customers. Your satisfaction means a lot to us and we hope that we are able to provide you an excellent customer service on every transaction we make.

As we're all experiencing continued fuel price hike and price increase in our basic everyday needs, Big Scoop Ice Cream management also have been greatly affected as the prices of raw materials and supplies used in the production of ice cream have increased as well. This leads them to make necessary adjustments on the prices of their products. Therefore, a price increase will take effect on June 15, 2022.

A reclassification will also take place as the best selling Avocado flavor will now be classified under "De Luxe" category from being in "Special" category before.

In line with Big Scoop's price increase, we will also be adjusting our prices both in retail and reseller/wholesale which will also be effective June 15, 2022.

We will be sending/posting our new price lists soon.

Big Scoop's management will also have a "DELIVERY PAUSE" on the following dates: May 27-28 and June 4, 2022. This is for them to catch up with the production and falling numbers of their stocks.

We hope for your understanding and looking forward with your continued support. We are very glad to be in of service to you.
