Always fascinated on how coffee develop its unique taste notes depending on the location, altitude and the process it came from. Kudos to the coffee farmers who works hard in producing these coffee beans, from the Farm, to the Roastery and to our daily morning cups. We need to thank them for every sip!
Here we are roasting a test batch of some Brazilian Origins. Will perform cupping to properly profile and highlight the notes of these beans. This will be available soon. Stay tuned!
