RED VELVET CAKE
CAKE:
1 PACK DECADENCE YELLOW CAKE MIX 520 GRAMS
2 TABLESPOONS COCOA POWDER
2 TEASPOON RED FOOD COLOR
1 CUP + 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
3 EGGS, SEPARATED
⅓ CUP VEGETABLE OIL

FROSTING:
1 BAR CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
¾ CUP ALL- PURPOSE CREAM, CHILLED AND WHIPPED
¾ CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

PROCEDURE:
Preheat oven to 350 F/177 Celsius. Grease and line five 4-inch round pans . Mix cake mix, cocoa powder, Red food color, water,and egg yolks. Set aside. In another bowl, beat egg white until stiff. Fold the cake batter mixture into the egg white until well blended. Divide the batter into 5 pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done. Set aside to cool.

PREPARE FROSTING:
In a bowl, soften the cream cheese and slowly add powdered sugar. Blend until smooth. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Get 1 cake and crumble coarsely. Set aside.

TO ASSEMBLE:
Place the remaining 4 cakes on cake platter and cover them with cream cheese frosting, Completely cover the frosted cake with the cake crumbs. Serve.

Deep-fried Oreo Pops
Ingredients:
For the pancake batter
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup All- purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter

Oil for deep -frying
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar, to serve

Procedure:
1.insert a popsicle stick in the middle of each Oreo cookie. Freeze until ready to use.
2. Make the pancake batter: Mix together milk and vinegar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat egg and melted butter into the milk mixture.pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk until no lumps are left.
3. Dip frozen Oreos into the pancake batter and immediately deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.

Ice cream pie

Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ cup chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup butter, unsalted variant, melted

Filling:
2 cup ice cream classic, vanilla flavor ( any brand) slightly softened

Topping:
½ cup chocolate cookies, coarsely chopped
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Chocolate syrup to drizzle

Procedure:
To make the crust, combine the cookie crumbs and butter using a wooden spoon. Mix well.
Using the back of a dinner spoon pat crust mixture to line the bottom and sides of 8 inches pie plate.chill in the freezer for at least 15 mins.
To create the filling, pour the vanilla ice cream on the crust. Spread out using an offset spatula until all of the crust is filled in.
Top the ice cream with chopped cookies and walnuts. Freeze for about 1 hour. Before serving, drizzle the pie with chocolate syrup.

Chocolate Crumb Cake
Ingredients:
Cake
250 grams Decadence devil’s food cake Mix any brand
Cake crumbs*
½ cup All- purpose cream
1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
¼ cup cherries, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons white rum

Topping:
½ cup all-purpose cream
1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
Grated chocolate
Cherries with stem

Procedure:
Grease and line an 8- inch Bundt pan. Set aside. Whip all purpose cream and confectioners sugar until soft peaks form. Incorporate cherries and rum. Fold in chocolate cake crumbs into the cream mixture. Mold cake crumbs into a 9 -inch round pan . Chill overnight until cake set.

Prepare topping:
Whip all purpose cream and confectioners sugar until soft peaks form. Cover cake with icing. Decorate with grated chocolate and cherries.

Apple Sandwiches
(A crunchy and healthy snack!)

Ingredients:
1 apple (red or green)
2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
2 tbsp granola
1 tbsp raisins or mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Wash and core the apple, then slice it into round pieces about ¼ inch thick.
Spread peanut butter on one apple slice.
Sprinkle granola and raisins (or mini chocolate chips) on top.
Place another apple slice on top to make a sandwich.
Repeat with the remaining slices.
Serve and enjoy!

Funfetti Pancake Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup pancake mix

½ cup milk

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

2. In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.

3. Stir in the rainbow sprinkles.

4. Pour the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Let cool slightly and enjoy your Funfetti Pancake Bites with syrup or fruit!
