To ensure the best quality, we cook our lechon belly fresh every morning. Each belly is slow-roasted for approximately *2 hours* to achieve crispy skin, juicy meat, and flavorful taste.

Because we cook every morning, our daily supply is limited. We encourage customers to place advance orders to reserve their lechon belly, while walk-in orders are served on a first come, first served basis until supplies last.
