THE BREAKFAST I’D PICK EVERY TIME

Kapeng bahay, warm pan de sal, a little butter.

Easily my favorite thing on our menu - not because it’s fancy, but because it reminds me of how beautiful simple life used to feel. Slow mornings, warm bread, coffee at the table, and nowhere you needed to be.

If I could bottle a simpler life, it might taste like this.
