Friends we sacrifice a lot to be far apart to our love one’s, so tomorrow’s can hug them tightly.

It’s worth the fight! Together let’s heal and win the battle against CoVid 19. We are so close with the finish line. We who STAYED HOME are also called heroes in this battle.

Healthy Tips Reminder:
1.) Proper hand wash technique.
2.) Always disinfect phone, keys, remote controls, door k***s, ball pens etc.
3.) Otcho Otcho ; 2x a day clean and sanitize your house.
4.) Maintain 3 meters “Social Distancing”.
5.) Eat healthy foods such as fruits & vegetables boost immune system + multi vitamins.
6.) Sleep 8hrs a day from 10pm-6am
7.) Always hydrate by drinking warm water every now. 40 degrees hot drinks can kill virus from the trough.
8.) Exercise daily ; perspire.
9.) Stay happy by being with your family and loved ones
