Our culinary Philosophy is very simple; We celebrate Indian Cuisine through a combination of marinations, in-house freshly grounded masalas (spices), seasonings, and use of fresh produce, meats, and ingredients, resulting in complex, flavorful dishes. We also serve basic Arabic dishes prepared in the typical “Khaleeji” (GCC) style. We cater to the Customer’s taste preferences regarding spiciness levels and dietary intolerances. Our wait staff is fully trained to explain the dishes and suggest alternative dishes to suit your taste buds. Our Head Chef, Chef Arvind Singh, prepares some famous Indian dishes with an openness to global culinary techniques, creating distinct, authentic Indian taste.
