Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin cookies are finished and delivered. Long morning ... but satisfying. These little jewels are firm on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. Great for give aways at parties or events or just to have fresh baked cookies while watching TV or watching the world go by and relaxing.
All products are made to order ... never pre- made. No stale cookies from this guy. hahaha

Wow. I think I have created a monster. haha Just joking. Made an order of Pineapple Upside Down Muffins. No problem. Fresh warm and oh so good. Word of mouth from one person to another. The last few days have had me back to the grocery store for more supplies. Cherries, fresh pineapple and more butter. 60 muffins in 3 days. These little darlings are made fresh not pre-made. Only baked when You order them so they are warm sweet and ...warning they disappear so fast.
They come in a box of 4,6 or 12. These are made with real butter, whole cherries an fresh pineapple.
Great for a party, small get together or a night at the movies.

Hi guys. I recently noticed that my Chocolate Chip Cookies were "dying" after the 3rd day. On day 1 they are soft and chewy...firm on the edges and bottom and soft in the middle. Day 2 they become a little firmer and less chewy. Day 3 the softness is almost gone and on day 4....can you say PULL (for you s***t shooters out there)? Hard and , well, HARD.
This is a money maker for me when they are consumed fresh. You folks seem to really like them and I enjoy making them. But here is the problem. I sell them in a pack of a dozen in several places around town but if they stay on the shelf for longer than 3 days they don't sell and the reorders are starting to fall off.
I make them in 13 gram cookies. This is the perfect size for bite size cookies. So, I am looking for a really good Cookie recipe the will stay Soft and Moist for a bit linger than 3 days. I am tired of making cookies that either do not live up to the hipe or my standards for my customers. Any help in pointing me to an awesome recipe or digging one out of an old cook book or.....
