One of our newest Gabarkads, Megan Young, recently enjoyed our Sisig Bangus — and even featured it on her story. 👀🐟

But… what exactly makes it sisig?

Meet our take on one of the Philippines’ most beloved comfort foods.

Instead of the usual pork, we let bangus take center stage while keeping the savory, tangy, satisfying character that makes sisig… well, sisig.

Best enjoyed with hot rice, a little calamansi, and your favorite people around the table. 🍚
And if you’re the type who says, “pang-share lang ’to,” then somehow ends up with the last spoonful…
