🚨 SCAM ALERT FOR ALL RESTAURANTS 🚨

We recently experienced a scam in our restaurant and want to warn others.

A customer dined and showed a bank transfer confirmation email as proof of payment. The email looked very real (not just a screenshot), but no payment was received in our account.

Upon checking carefully, we noticed:
⚠️ The transaction reference number and date did NOT match
⚠️ The email appears to be edited or manipulated

After showing the email, the customer left without paying.

❗ WARNING:
Scammers may use edited or fake emails pretending to be from banks to trick businesses.

✅ Always remember:
- Do NOT rely on email confirmations
- Do NOT rely on screenshots or SMS
- ONLY trust payments that are reflected in your actual bank account

🔒 Protect your business:
- Double-check transaction details
- Ask customers to wait until payment reflects
- Inform all staff about this modus

Let’s stay alert and protect our businesses. Please share this to spread awareness.

To all our valued customers,

The recent customer payment concern involving a bank transfer has been settled at Police Station 4, Balibago Angeles City.

Thank you so much to everyone who showed concern, support, and understanding during the situation. We truly appreciate it.🤍
