"Girasoli" means little sunflowers — and that's exactly what's on the plate.

Twelve handmade sunflower-shaped ravioli, filled with mozzarella, tomato, and basil, folded into a porcini mushroom and guanciale cream sauce with a touch of brandy.

This recipe comes from Chef Danilo's mother, Chef Desa — two generations of the Giampaolo family, now on your table at Piccolo Padre B29.

Five stars across the board isn't the only part we're proudest of.

That's the whole idea behind Piccolo Padre B29 — Chef Danilo isn't in a back kitchen you never see. He's right there, plating the oysters, checking the risotto, walking the room. Fine dining that still feels like someone's table.
