when you are the owner, and the all-around staff at the same time :) especially the "cook" /chef" which plays a big role in a food business, NO LEFT OVERS like this is an accomplishment! 👍this only means that your customers are satisfied with the food that you cook for them, and as a "food lover/food critique" i make sure that i put the best ingredient every time i cook (that is the LOVE SPICE), nonetheless, we cannot please everybody and that is fine☺️.
Oftentimes i also get compliments from our guests saying our food is "masarap" and satisfying kaya iniiwan nila na laging malinis ang mga plato nila (WALANG TIRA!)! 🥰🤩, and that is one thing i consider a factor not to give up and stay inspired no matter how difficult it is to sustain what i have started in this industry.
Honestly, i can feel the exhaustion and of course it's not easy for one person to do the work of five people, which i manage to do everyday! 🫣. However, i have a goal and so i opt to continue and remain determined💪.
And having said all these, i'd like to take this chance to extend my deepest to every customer that supports my small cafe&resto, your orders means a MILLION to me.... MUCHOS GRACIAS😘.
And above all, THANK YOU my Heavenly Father for giving me a good heallth, strength and for always guiding me each day, whatever is you will Lord, thy willl be done🙏.
