Kantina Danica

Kantina Danica Kantina Danica Since 1992 Kantina Danica is owned and managed by the couple Mr. Orlando Villanueva Dantes and Mrs. Mia Barona Dantes.

Kantina Danica is situated at the heart of Poblacion, Aborlan, Palawan along side the Public Market and was established on 1992 during the last stay of the Vietnamese Refugees in Puerto Princesa. It was named after their two daughters, Danna and Bianca. Kantina Danica is well recognized by the locals for its Vietnamese inspired rice-based noodle soup called Chao Long which is aptly called pho (phแปŸ

) in Vietnam. This is very popular not only among the locals but also to visitors and tourists because of its aroma, affordable and reasonable price. Chao Long is made of rice noodles in sweet broth and meat that can be garnished with bean sprouts and mint leaves. Chao Long is flat, thin rice noodles in a sweet-savory broth with your preferred meats (beef, buto-buto or beef bones, pork), served with the requisite plate containing sprigs of mint and basil, raw bean sprouts and a piece of kalamansi. The perfect pair to Chao Long is a freshly baked French bread made into a sandwich.
