It has come to the attention of XGraphicz management that our original, copyrighted designs—specifically "MADANG PANU" and "PNG Independence Anniversary"—are being unlawfully targeted, copied, and exploited without our authorization, consent, or license.

SELEAD SUPERMARKET (Madang Town)
You are illegally producing, selling, and distributing counterfeit merchandise featuring our original artwork.
2. Unauthorized Resellers & Pages
We have identified several SMEs, pages, and individuals purchasing these low-quality, stolen shirt designs and illegally reselling them around Madang Town and across Facebook sales groups. This formal warning is specifically directed toward, but not limited to:

● Cease and Desist Immediately:

We strongly urge the public and other SME owners to refrain from purchasing these stolen, counterfeit designs. Buying pirated merchandise makes you complicit in copyright infringement.
●Legal Action:
Intellectual property theft is a serious offense. Legal authorities and our legal representation are monitoring these violations. The long arm of the law will catch up with all individuals and businesses engaging in the unauthorized sale, distribution, and display of XGraphicz artwork.
