LAE BASED STAFF WANTED

1. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
- Provides admin support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical & digital filing systems, weekly stock order, PO orders, invoices etc.
- Answers emails, calls, signs for incoming invoices, packages and assists customers, staff and other requirements.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Manages timesheets and data entry.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports and other documents.
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes including room setup and catering.
- Full knowledge in excel, word, pdf, internet.
- Operates and maintains office equipment, computers, printers and Wi-Fi.
- Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Research markets and suggest ideas to boost revenue, ideas.
- Be able to think outside the box and provide solutions.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality and security and ensure company compliance, policies and procedures are followed.
- Be able to adapt.
- Ensures deadlines are met.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the Cafe.
- Daily banking requirements.

2. JUNIOR CHEF
- Maintain measurement of all meal ingredients accurately for the Cafe Chef.
- Plating & Presenting food items as per recipe cards.
- Receiving deliveries & making sure all ordered items are of excellent quality and condition and are delivered on time.
- Preparing sauces, salads to high standard practicing HACCP management system at all times.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and sanitizing all workstations properly.
- Taking inventory of supplies and informing Admin Assistant of depleted or low supplies.
Disposing of all spoiled items properly.
- Preparing meal ingredients, including seasoning of different meats, as well as chopping, peeling, washing, fruits & vegetables.
- Be well versed with pastry & baking skills.

Condolence Message

We are deeply saddened by the untimely, tragic passing of the Late Milen Stiliyanov. We extend our sincere, heartfelt condolences to his devoted and cherished wife Hazel, his adored and loving Son Daniel, his Mother Daniela of Bulgaria, the immediate family and friends, and to the Management & Staff of Guard Dog Group of companies in this time of deep loss, sorrow and grieving.

The Late Milen has been an integral part of the community predominantly in Lae and Madang. Apart from his full-time position at Guard Dog as the Groups IT Manager, Operations Manager, Photographer, Web Designer. He was very active as the Madang Club President & Game Fishing Club Committee. Milen is an avid Jetski and boat adventurer. It was an avenue to capture some of his most prized photographs.

Before this time, Milen spent much of the first 25 years of his life in PNG with Sir Bob Sinclair. Anyone that knows Milen. Knows that he is one of the most loyal Friends and supporters to have in your corner. The selfless Milen, could do absolutely anything he put his mind, heart and soul into. And he did it with fire, passion and asked for nothing in return.

The staff of Soul Sista's Cafe pays tribute to his many positive contributions to PNG.

May His Soul Rest in Eternal Love. You will be deeply missed, cherished and remembered always.
