At our Gourmet restaurant, Tipairua, Chef Guillaume Cornu and Xavier Thuizat, Best Sommelier of France 2022, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Sommellerie, and Michelin Guide Sommelier of the Year 2024, invited guests on a journey through time, where each pairing revealed not only flavors, but also the stories, traditions, and personalities that have shaped the world of w**e.

Inspired by the richness of French Polynesia and elevated by carefully selected w**es, every course celebrated the meeting of terroir, craftsmanship, and emotion. More than a dinner, it was a tribute to the art of hospitality, where every glass and every plate became a gateway to discovery.
