🌸 How to prepare a flower bath 🌸

Add the petals of many flowers from your region. According to Shipibo tradition, you can use any flowers except white ones ⚪️, since the white color is associated with death or cemetery.

🌱 Add power plants from your region - the ones that work with the body and help cleanse the spirit.

🌼 Add Agua de Florida, traditionally used in Shipibo shamanic practices for cleansing and creating a protective aura.

🌹 Add Agua de Roses, traditionally used to attract good things into your life.

🪻Add any other natural scents you have at home that carry specific purposes.

Understand the purpose of the flowers you are using.

Take the bath with intention. Ask the plants to help you receive what you want and to protect your body from any negative energies🌿

Do you know why we don’t know much about the Inka — and why their existence still feels mysterious to us?

It’s because they did not leave written books behind.

Instead, they used a system very different from Western traditions — knots, called “Kipu”

Long before written language, the Inka developed a sophisticated method of knotted cords to record data, share messages, and preserve history✍️

Hand-braided from wool and dyed with naturally extracted pigments — red, ochre, green, and brown — each strand comes directly from the earth and plants of the Andes 🌿

Today, this piece is a powerful wall art object — a reminder of Indigenous intelligence, ancestral memory, and communication beyond words.
