(Español/Ingles) We had so much fun at Alturas Kitchen with Jamie Wagener, our friend from USA. Gluten-free flour everywhere... as Jamie, Peter and our team where making Veggie Pizza a la Alturas from scratch as always. Jamie shared with us her amazing raw Chocolate tarte from The Blissful Kitchen. I really wanted to eat it all, if you wonder ... after seen this pic of me ¨stealing it¨ from Peter. / Nos divertimos tanto en Alturas Kitchen (Avenida Pardo 1079, Cusco-Peru) con Jamie Wagener, nuestra amiga de Estados Unidos. Harina sin gluten por todos lados... mientras Jamie, Peter y nuestro team estaban haciendo Pizza vegetariana estilo Alturas, de cero como siempre. Jamie compartio con nosotros su increible Tarta de Chocolate cruda de The Blissful Kitchen. En serio que queria comermela toda, si te lo estas preguntando... despues de ver esta foto en la que se la estoy robando a Peter. :)

(Español/Ingles) Here is a message from Chloe Rain from USA about her visit and adventure in the kitchen at Alturas Kitchen. We had so much fun in the kitchen: The other day in another town... I ordered "Carrot Cake"... what they were serving as carrot cake, was NOT even close to carrot cake... and soooooo we decided to bake a REAL Carrot Cake at Alturas Kitchen, where I shared my classic recipe and had lots of help in the kitchen from Edward and Ruth, plus it turns out that Peter knows how to ice a cake like a professional. :) The outcome : a homely looking, but delicious gluten free version of my most favorite cake in the world. If you're in Cusco and want some real good carrot cake, Alturas Kitchen knows what you want! xoxoxoxo / Aqui esta un mensaje de Chloe Rain de USA acerca de su visita a Alturas Kitchen. Nos divertimos mucho en la cocina... : ¨El otro dia en otra ciudad... pedí Torta de Zanahoria... lo que estaban sirviendo como Torta de Zanahoria, no se asemejaba en nada a la Torta de Zanahoria... asi que decidimos hacer Torta de Zanahoria DE VERDAD en Alturas Kitchen, donde compartí mi receta clásica y tuve mucha ayuda en la cocina de parte d Edward y Ruth, mas resulta que Peter baña las tortas como todo un profesional :) El resultado: Una versión de Torta de Zanahoria que es mi torta favorita, como hecha en casa deliciosa, sin gluten/trigo. Si estas en Cusco y quieres Torta de Zanahoria realmente buena, Alturas Kitchen sabe lo que quieres.! xoxoxoxo

(Español/Ingles) Tomorrow Sunday 24th we open our doors from 1 pm to 8 pm. Usually, we open from Monday to Saturday (Av. Pardo # 1079, Cusco-Peru). This Sunday, however, we are excited to welcome a group of friends who are coming over to Alturas Kitchen for dinner. Mmm...! Getting ready to cook amazing food tomorrow. Come on over for Lasagna or Beef Stir Fry Alturas Style. Both are amazing! / Mañana Domingo 24 abrimos nuestras puertas de 1 pm a 8 pm. Generalmente, abrimos de Lunes a Sabado ( Av. Pardo # 1079, Cusco-Peru). Pero este Domingo estamos felices de recibir a un grupo de amigos que vendran a Alturas Kitchen a cenar. Mmm...! Estamos listos para cocinar comida maravillosa mañana. Ven a comer con nosotros Lasagna o Lomo Saltado estilo Alturas. Los dos son increíbles!

(Español e Ingles) Este hermoso grupo vino a visitarnos desde New York. Sabina, una de las participantes es mi querida amiga y cuando dijo que venia para la cena, no imaginamos que vendría con todo el grupo. Fue toda una gran sorpresa y cuando llegaron empeso la fiesta. Gracias chicos por traer tanta alegría y espíritu de celebración a Alturas Kitchen. / This beautiful group came to visit Alturas Kitchen all the way from New York. Sabina, one of the participants is my dear friend and when she said that she was coming for dinner, we did not imagine she would be coming with the group. It was a big surprise and the party got started. Thank you everyone for the laugher, joy and celebration you brought to Alturas Kitchen.
