Right then… this one’s a proper flavour-packed feast 🌶️🔥

Got a bit carried away (as you do) and ended up with this absolute beauty of a spread — a soft, pillowy Peshwari naan, stuffed with sweet raisins, coconut, and a touch of honey… warm, fragrant, and just that little bit indulgent… alongside a deeply comforting enchilada, rich, saucy, and full of soul… and tacos that are bursting with freshness, spice, and a cheeky squeeze of lime to bring it all to life.

It’s that kind of food that doesn’t mess about — bold, vibrant, and made to be enjoyed properly. The sort of meal where you dive in, get your hands involved, and every bite tells a story.

Honestly, the balance of flavours here is something else… sweet, savoury, smoky, with just enough heat to keep things interesting. Proper feel-good food done right.
