A very special cake for a very special occasion. ✨
This birthday cake was a custom request that needed to be:
• Gluten free
• Refined sugar free
• Absolutely delicious — so good you wouldn’t even know it’s a “healthy” cake!
And here it is. 💛
Made with the perfect blend of gluten-free flour, cassava flour, and almond flour to achieve the ideal texture and flavor. Sweetened with monkfruit and just a touch of local cane honey. I also added flavorless protein powder to help balance the little bit of natural sugar and keep blood sugar spikes lower.
This carrot 🥕 cake, with hints of citrus and crunchy walnuts, turned out incredibly delicious. The frosting was made with cream cheese and NO powdered sugar.

Un pastel muy especial para una ocasión muy especial ✨
Este pastel de cumpleaños fue un pedido personalizado que necesitaba ser:
• Libre de gluten
• Sin azúcar refinada
• ¡Y absolutamente delicioso! Tan rico que ni notarías que es un pastel “saludable”.
Y aquí está 💛
Hecho con la mezcla perfecta de harina gluten free, harina de yuca y harina de almendra para lograr la textura y sabor ideales. Endulzado con monkfruit y solo un toque de miel de caña local. También le agregué proteína sin sabor para ayudar a balancear el pequeño toque de azúcar natural y evitar picos de azúcar en sangre.
Este carrot cake 🥕con notas cítricas y nueces crujientes, quedó increíblemente delicioso. El frosting fue hecho con cream cheese y SIN azúcar pulverizada.
