Happy Halloween!! Sadly, no big parties this year. And they will be missed as Bocas really shines on Halloween. But not all is lost!!! we are having a Full Moon Halloween dinner at El Ultimo Refugio, so if you are depressed like me that COVID is ruining Halloween, at least we can still eat good food!!! Costumes strongly encouraged for dinner. Regular menu items also available.
