Muscat Festival mesmerizes the Crowd
The Muscat Festival, 2015 is witnessing huge turnout at all its venues and events from both inside and outside the Sultanate with the number of visitors totalling 262,748 so far.
Today media coverage resumes following a 3-day hiatus as the Sultanate was in mourning following the death of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
The international exhibition of arts and crafts in which 11 countries are taking part is drawing huge crowds of people willing to explore the cultures and innovations of the nation.
It features live shows of crafts, fine arts, pottery work, leather, textiles, among others all brought together under the umbrella of Muscat Festival.
This is in addition to the snow village which is being introduced for the first time this year.
The dates exhibition at Al Amerat Park is yet another point of attraction especially for foreign tourists with more than 45 date factories displaying their products. >>

The Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) is Oman's premier venue for musical arts and culture. The opera house is located in Shati Al-Qurm district of Muscat, Oman. Built on the royal orders of Sultan Qaboos of Oman, the Royal Opera House reflects contemporary Omani architecture, and has a capacity to accommodate maximum of 1,100 people. The opera house complex consists of a concert theatre, auditorium, formal landscaped gardens, cultural market with retail, luxury restaurants and an art centre for musical, theatrical and operatic productions.....ROHM is very near to DMAS HOTEL...!!
