We are a small independent food production unit that welcomes all who like wholesome fresh food. Everything we produce are all made in our very own kitchen by our talented chefs.

Our new house-made fermented ginger drink - small batch, full of flavour, and made right here in our kitchen.

What is it?
Mackenzies Ginger Fizz is naturally fermented with live cultures and a light natural fizz. No nasties, no shortcuts - just real ingredients, made properly.

How to enjoy it:
Served chilled, straight from the bottle. Perfect alongside your brunch or on its own as a gut-friendly treat 🧊

Storage tips:
🌡️ Keep refrigerated at all times
