I have over 40 different cakes in my menu and I can decorate the cakes customized to your special occasion. I'm always developing new ideas, especially for my seasonal selections, but basically, I'll make anything anyone asks for. I bake using best quality ingredients, the same I use to bake my own children and family. I use best quality butter, fresh eggs, fruit, chocolate and self raising flour.
I do not use any chemicals with names I can not pronounce or spell. My icings and decorations are a result of hours of careful and painstakingly delicate art work. Please take a look at my photo galleries. They are all actual cakes I have made in my own kitchen. I also have to highlight that I am not running a business. I only bake 3 or 4 cakes a week and I charge to recompense my costs only. My objective is to spend my time doing the thing that I love the most: BAKING ART GOURMET CAKES!
