Fresh out of the Basker test kitchen!

Golden beer-battered fish, crispy Sidewinder fries, a fresh spring pea salad with crunchy sugar snaps, shaved courgette, sweet garden peas and charred lemon vinaigrette, finished with our house-made tartare. 🍋

This time, Tuna Tartare 🐟

Fresh tuna, sesame ponzu, pickled radish, wasabi mayo, crispy shallots and golden wonton crisps for scooping.

Fresh, punchy, a little bit crunchy and made for long summer afternoons by the water.
