Due to overwhelming responses you guys have been incredible supporting us until the end where we have now sold out for the day. Tomorrow we will have to close for lunch and open at 4pm so we can stock up for our last night opening!!! Cheers 🍻

***PLEASE READ****

Hi all. It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the closure of Meat at Brigham as of Friday 22 December.

As many of our loyal customers know I have been living with an injury to my foot and now require surgery to repair the damage. This has not been an easy decision to make but I must put my health first.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all our customers that have supported us over the past 14 months and an even bigger thank you to our two superstar employees Mikayla and Cinny without your help I wouldn't have been able to get through all the crazy nights we have had.

Hope to see many of you come in for your last chance to get your local bbq fix.
