Experienced Barista / front of house manager

Are you an experienced barista who loves great coffee, good food and providing excellent customer service?
AT 719 Café is looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team.
We are a busy local café with a strong base of regular customers, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making quality coffee to a high standard.
* Providing friendly and professional customer service.
* Taking orders and operating POS/EFTPOS.
* Assisting with cabinet food and basic food preparation.
* Keeping the café and coffee station clean, organised and well presented.
* Restocking and assisting with opening and closing duties.
* Working efficiently during busy periods.
* Supporting the team and helping wherever needed.
* Following food safety, hygiene and café procedures.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous barista/café experience is essential.
* Must be available to work weekends.
* Good coffee knowledge and barista skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
* Positive attitude and professional presentation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working in a busy café environment.
* Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
