A touch of glamor came to The Kitchen Door this week.
After their shoot, they stay for lunch, nice.

And the wait is over.
The pickes are ready after 1 month in their vacuum bags and in the fridge they have accumulted so much flavor. We have 3 types, Artisan style with a touch of honey, Indian style (great with Greek yogurt) and Middle Eastern style with dates. Come have a try at our Kitchen Deli.

We are open Tuesday through Sunday 8.30am to 4.30pm and located at in the beautiful Gulf Harbour Marina . Lot of other British goodies available of course.

We have been preparing our home dry cured honey roasted ham and dry curing another batch of our dry cured nitrite free smoked bacon.

We are open Tuesday through Sunday 8.30am to 4.30pm and located in the beautiful Gulf Harbour Marina .

Well l don't normally advertise other people's products but just had to share this.
Oggy the kitchen door mascot His nose is as good as ever!

So behind The kitchen Door this week we have been making up some picnic boxes for customers, even in the middle of winter!

Also we harvest from our lamon and kaffa lime trees 🌳 and set about pickling for for our deli cabinets.

So come and see us at the beautiful .

So behind The kitchen Door this week we have created a new deli sandwich filling for you😉.

Ribeye of pork dry cured for 14 days then honey roasted. When cold, cut and combined with our home smoked agria potatoes the laced with a creamy creme fraiche blue Stilton cheese dressing finally with a sprinkling of diced cucumber.

Served on our homemade Foccacia breads or a proper imported French baguette.

Now thats real food wouldn't you say?

By the way, on Sunday there is an amazing show of American classic cars on display in the Gulf Harbour yatch club car park.

A good free fun day out🤔.
