We’re incredibly proud to share that Highwater has officially been recognised in the first-ever New Zealand Michelin Guide.

To be included among the country’s best (as judged by Michelin) is a reflection of the passion, talent, and hard work of our incredible team (a few of whom are pictured here 🧡).

Congratulations to all of the other establishments recognised. What an amazing culinary scene we have here in NZ!
