Starting tomorrow, our special Highwater WOW Menu takes over from our regular Express Menu — and you might need your shades for this one 😎✨

Our $70 WOW Menu brings together a selection of our favourite dishes, perfect for dinner before the show — or simply a good excuse to come in for great food and w**e.

Heading to WOW? Leave the decisions to us and enjoy the menu in around an hour. We’re just a 10-minute walk from the venue — or if you’ve got more time, settle in and stay a little longer.

HIGHWATER LAMB. 🔥

Pure South lamb shoulder. Persian spice rubbed, slowly cooked overnight then finished in the charcoal oven before being served with its juices & a Persian-style mint sauce 🔥 Beautifully spiced & smoky, with just a hint of sweetness — and so soft you can cut it with a spoon. 🤌🥄
