You cant just walk into making coffee.
you cant just be shown how and then call yourself a Barista
Coffees an art, Takes time Patience and Enthusiasm
its not about how it looks
Coffee art is fun and all, but it could look pretty but taste awful.., its all about how it tastes, and gaining those people coming back for seconds.
I take time in showing people the correct ways of making a good coffee, Once that's achieved then i take pride in letting you discover which patterns come to light from your own hand. Time and patience is key. The results are priceless.
