But not just any kunafeh, we’re making Nablusi kunafeh, originated from Nablus. One of the most popular cities in Palestine.
Nablusi kunafeh is made from semolina dough with a butter filling and mild white cheese. The melted and stretchy cheese, known as Nabulsi cheese or Akawi cheese, is the main signature of Nablus kunafeh.
