Brand new 🌟 Weekend Dish 💋 Bacon Baked Beans 👌

The first in a line up of new dishes on our weekend brunch menu

She sits slap-bang in between a bowl of great British baked beans and a French cassoulet. Intensely savory and immensely comforting!

Our creamy cannellini beans are cooked low and slow with sofrito and pork broth. With a crunchy, salty bacon, parmesan and parsley crumb and our toasted sourdough on the side

An excellent autumnal dish that has already proven a hit on the specials board!

👯‍♀️The Business Cookie 🍪 made especially for VUW Women in Business.
They are our best cookie yet! Cranberry, white chocolate, oat and spiced brown butter 🩷

Salty, rich, lightly spiced, sweet with a pop of tart from the cranberries, while loaded with malty bran flakes and jumbo oats.
The real business!

We donated a batch to the WIB recent pink ribbon breakfast, supporting breast cancer research.
We also look forward to hosting the student association coffee meet up next week.

When we are learning and growing, especially as women, our networks can be out biggest support and opportunity. Fostering this as a safe, comfortable and friendly environment for these young women is important! When we are together we can lift each other up. Then when you throw an incredible cookie into the mix...
Well, it may not change the world, but we will be ecstatic! 😆
