Original Chaiwalla Chaiwalla specializes in traditionally made Chai (the real deal!) and Indian Street food. You can visit us at our spot in Upper Hutt at 50 Main Street.

The Chaiwalla mission is to give you an authentic Indian street food experience with delicious food, perfect chai, and good banter. We are there Wednesday to Friday 11am-2pm, 5pm-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday evenings. We are also at the Riverbank Market in Lower Hutt on a Saturday 7am-2pm and at the Harbour Side Market, Wellington Waterfront 7am-2pm on a Sunday. Otherwise, we do events and are available for catering and private parties. Contact us to find out more.
