Colours were chosen by Nanny Rahera.
Green to represent Raukawa, White to represent TK and pink of course to represent moko girl.

Single tier cake with a giant Cupcake on top. The single tier is a vanilla cake with M n Ms around it. The giant Cupcake is also vanilla with a choc cupcake case, rosette buttercream and the birthday girls favourite colour blue M n Ms. The dozen smaller cupcakes are also vanilla with M n M surprises inside them topped off with a swirl of buttercream and M n M toppers. Inscription is with M n Ms and reads 'Angel-Rose'. Happy birthday Angel-Rose, hope you enjoyed your birthday cake and had a great day. Ra

Baby Shower cake. Single tier with a baby girl bottomed up. The bottom is a choc cake with a pink dress and frilly pants. The cake is choc with choc fondant hearts and a choc fondant ribbon. Cupcakes are choc with choc fondant rattles, baby bottles, dummies and ribbons as the toppers and swirled with buttercream. Inscription reads 'Its a girl'. Congratulations to the lovely couple.

Two tier Maori cake. Top tier is a choc cake decorated with a Maori border and the bottom tier is banana with a Maori border. Figurines: Patu, taiaha and a pounamu taonga. Well this is not a bad attempt as we only had 3 days notice. Everything is edible. Ra whanau Kia a koe Kauri.

This cake is for an 8 year old girl. She asked for a rosette ombre cake. Everything but the candle is edible. The hearts and stars and white chocolate with edible glitter.

Monkey cake for a special 1 year old boy.
2 tier cake plastered with hanging monkeys from the trees, the odd bananas are also put around the cake. The inscription says "Happy birthday Sione" Sione is written on a large banana. The monkey on the top is holding an open banana. Everything is edible.

Under the water theme cake for a very special 1 year old.
Two tier cake, everything edible. Decorations consist of coral, schools of fish, friendly shark, turtle, star fish, shells, crab & for the special birthday girl an oyster with a pearl and a dolphin diving out of the water. The inscription says "Ra whanau Te Hapai"

2 tier suprise 50th Birthday Cake. Bottom tier has single blue roses placed on the bottom along with maori patterns. Top tier has clusters of blue roses, maori patterns and the number 50 , on top is a white rose with 2 light purple roses alongside it and a koru. Enscription says " Ra Whanau kia koe" Again everything is edible. Happy 50th Maru.
