What we learned catering for one of Wellington's most iconic events, by
1️⃣ Festival energy is contagious. Our team didn't just show up and execute — they fed off the crowd, the music, and the moment. That energy showed up in the food and the service, and the crowd felt it.
2️⃣ Speed and quality aren't opposites. They just require smarter thinking. When you engineer a menu properly from the start, you can move fast and plate something worth talking about. Our chefs absolutely nailed it.
3️⃣ We can build a kitchen almost anywhere. Give us a brief, a power source, and a footprint — we'll handle the rest.
