Pies 🥧 they are BACK!!!

We've *nailed* our gluten free pastry (if I do say so myself) and now we're rolling out pastry goodies on the reg.

Joining the line up for the weekend, we have...

> our infamous spinach and feta puffs
> pizza scrolls with mushrooms and olives
> braised beef brisket pies with cheese, potato, onion, and red wine gravy
> creamy pumpkin and cauliflower pies with bechamel and spinach

All delicious, gluten free, and handmade with love by our tiny team, so get in quick coz once they're gone, that's it for the day!

Now that you're all over the heartbreak of Sammy leaving.

She has been the Coffee trainer, systems maker, food prepper and basic good b***h for like 8yrs now!

You will also see my lovely, more grey & less red head in the Cafe too, while we train up the new staff 😁

I'm looking forward to catching up with you all! It's been ages. I will be there on Weds/Thursdays starting next week!

Today and Sunday are Sammy's last shifts at Coolsville. So pop in and give the little dancing gremlin a hug.

If sunrise is your jam, remember we're here from 7am every weekday morning, and 7.30am on weekdays. Just follow the glow and the scent of cheesey scones fresh from the oven 😋
