We’re grateful to Judi Weir, Michael Stride, Barnaby Weir, and all of you in the community that supported Poquito over the years!
Soon, we’ll be opening Low Key, a new cocktail bar, inspired by the idea that great hospitality is often found in the quieter moments. Good drinks. Good company. No fuss.
There’s still plenty to do before opening day, and we’ll be sharing the process as we transform the space, test ideas (cocktail tasting anyone?), geek out over glassware, and gradually bring Low Key to life.
