We are 15 years old today! We cannot phantom how time flew by in a blink of an eye. Over the years, through the good and bad,happy and challenging moments, one thing remains a constant and that is the support and loyalty not just of our customers but of our staff and our fellow hospitality community and our friends!
When you have been in this for long enough, you understand empathy, patience, tolerance and most of all, gratitude and appreciation to all that matters. The tenacity to push forward when tides are against you, the little moments of joy when you can pause and be thankful. This is life, this is reward for an industry as tough as ours. Times when you get a silent nod, a smile, a thumbs up and even a shout of joy from appreciative customers, that is what we strive for…
