💙 Public Service Announcement 💙

As some of you may already know, The Mini Coffee Bar is Relocating!!

We have absolutely loved our 2 years on the Corner of Curtis St & Whitehead Rd. This was a great way to operate throughout the new Covid-19 world, being able to keep brewing those amazing coffees no matter what level or light we’re in ☕️🚦

Originally The Mini Coffee Bar was a mobile set up, and we’ve remained that way, even on a bigger scale in the 40ft container! This gives us the opportunity to keep growing, building and expanding beyond what I ever thought was possible ❤️ After setting up our own Off-Grid Power Supply our options for the future are endless!

A huge thanks to everyone whose supported The Mini Coffee Bar since day 1, and to everyone else whose found us along the way. We wouldn’t be here without you all ❤️ It has been an amazing journey and let’s wait and see what the next stage of The Mini Coffee Bar brings!!

For all those who are surprised by this, my apologies for having to keep it quiet. We did have the business for sale for a period of time and had to respect the potential buyers possibly taking over as a clean break! However due to numerous reasons we’ll be keeping and storing the container for the next 12 months and setting up in a new location somewhere else in New Zealand... Watch This Space!

My Day off started a little bit different today;

Well I woke up this morning to find that the entire suburb of Brooklyn (where I live) has a massive power outage and I can’t even boil the jug...

Oh well, I guess I’ll go to my off-grid Container and use some of my Solar and Wind generated power!

The perks of having a renewable energy source can’t be beaten! 😁☕️
