Lately we have been reflecting on how best to navigate the current economic climate to keep being able to serve our community-Island Bay. To ensure Betsy's continues to thrive in Island Bay, we've made the tough decision to adjust our hours slightly starting next week. So from Tuesday we will be opening our doors at 8am -3pm. We're committed to providing a great experience, and we're grateful for your support during this time. Thanks for being part of our community ❤️. Betsy team

Just a grinder right? Well sure, but if you set your grinder up wrong it will end of making your coffee experience truly awful leaving a bitter taste in your mouth, not the creamy, toffee, caramel coffee you should be tasting. And with thanks to our friends we have been given this grinder. And again, just a grinder right? Wrong this grinder weighs your coffee shot as it’s ground, adjusting it until it reaches the exact weight for our recipe, all the time. Just the small things we do to make your experience all that much better.

Hey gang. With spring here and summer on the way we have got some new dishes on the menu. Including this delight- Avocado and 2 way Tomato on Shelly Bay seeded loaf with basil oil. Perfect combo!!
We also have Granola and a Shawarma lamb salad added into the mix!!!

We have been told that our bagels are the best in town!!! Which is a big statement for sure. We don’t do huge batches, all hand rolled, and baked right here. Why don’t you come check them out for yourself?
