We’re looking for an Account Manager & Coffee Specialist to join Team Flight in Auckland.

If you love great coffee, great people, and want a role that gets you out from behind the machine, this could be for you.

You’ll be working across our wholesale customers, coffee training, new business, events, activations and plenty of other Flight things along the way. We’re looking for someone with solid barista experience who knows their coffee, loves working with people and is keen to take the next step in their career.

Seventeen years looks pretty tidy from the outside.

Trust us… it wasn’t.

There were years where nobody knew who we were. Days where we thought we’d blown it. COVID wiped out 97% of our revenue overnight. There were also incredible people, lucky breaks, amazing producers, loyal customers and plenty of lessons along the way.

One of our founders Nick Clark recently sat down with Annah Stretton from Stretton Unfiltered Podcast for a very honest conversation about building Flight from the ground up.

No polished version, just the real story.

Since 2018, we’ve been proud to partner with Life Flight NZ as their official coffee partner.

Every year you’ll find us at the Life Flight Open Day, serving (and selling!) coffee to thousands of supporters. Best of all, every cup helps, with all proceeds going towards keeping that big red bird in the air and supporting the incredible work the team does every day.

Life Flight is there when people need them most, delivering emergency air ambulance services, urgent medical transfers and search and rescue support across Aotearoa. Their crews are on call 24/7, helping get patients and medical teams where they need to be, often when every minute counts.

The Open Day is always a highlight on our calendar. It’s an opportunity for the community to get up close with the helicopters, meet the crew, and see firsthand what goes into every mission. It’s also a reminder of just how important community support is in keeping this vital service flying.

A huge thanks to everyone who stopped by for a coffee. Every cup made a difference, and we’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
