KB Kombucha OPEN Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm til close. Kombucha is fermented black tea made with a SCOBY (that’s a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast).

Find out more here! I can tell you it looks challenging (when it’s being made), tastes great and many claim it is incredibly good for you and recommend drinking it daily as a general tonic!
