It takes a village to earn a star. These are the people who represent ours, and work each their unique magic every night on the Shack floor.
What makes Ortega special, we reckon, is how at home we feel in one another’s company - there’s a reason between us we’ve clocked up more than seventy years in this place, and that achievement feels as vital to our story as anything else. Every one of us has made an important and lasting imprint upon a culture of care and good vibes which is the Ortega keystone, and for that we are immensely proud.
We couldn’t of course do what we do out front without an epic back of house, whose talent and care is as tantamount to the success of our little village. They’ve been a busy bunch of late and thus harder to wrangle, but their portraits shall follow soon.
And for now, say hello to those of us who make up the front-facing half of our star’d whole.
