🔥 The 'Wairarapa Backcountry Braise' is bold, rich, and made to be enjoyed — the ultimate comfort dish with a wild Wairarapa twist.

Wild nanny goat shoulder, slow-braised until falling apart, served with parsnip, carrot, confit potatoes, native horopito heat, hazelnut gremolata, charred sourdough, and perfectly paired with a cold Monteith’s Radler.
