sts the best selection of Whisk(e)y in the Capital and an impressive cocktail, wine and beer offering to match. The cocktail list fuses flavours and ingredients of the East with the drinking traditions of the West and sits alongside an extensive wine selection designed to compliment the characteristics of the respective culinary styles on offer. Acclaimed designer, Allistar Cox, and his team, have created a suitably comfortable, yet elegant, space for sharing tales and confab over a table of smart dining and top-shelf drink. In the rear is a sheltered garden with Japanese yakitori grill and carefully selected greenery to complete a truly enchanting setting. Also available on- site is the Haipai Dining Room for those special affairs that warrant somewhat more seclusion and selective attention.
