The brewers are coming to the Thistle 🍻

As part of our Road to Beervana Mother of Pearl collaboration, the team from Heyday Beer Co. will be joining us at the Thistle next Wednesday.

Come down, grab a Mother of Pearl Hazy + Tora Collective pāua pairing, meet the people behind the beer and have a yarn about how this very Wellington collaboration came together.

Three Wellington names walked into a brewery. They left with Mother of Pearl 🍺🐚

For Road to Beervana, The Thistle Inn, Heyday Beer Co. and Tora Collective have come together to create a pairing built from the ground up.

A brand-new hazy, brewed specifically to complement Tora’s premium pāua, served alongside:

🐚 Pāua croquette
🍔 Mini pāua fritter slider

Available 19-22 August only.

$30pp includes one Mother of Pearl Hazy, one pāua croquette and one pāua fritter slider.

Nice ‘N’ Shrimple has officially landed. 🍔🦐

Burger Wellington is here, and our 2026 Visa Wellington On a Plate entry is now being served at The Thistle.

Think Cajun prawns, chilli-pickled beetroot, American cheddar and New Orleans remoulade, all stacked on our beef & pork patty and served with yummy seasoned fries.

🍺 Pair it with Double Vision Brewing’s Schandalous Shandy for the full Burger Wellington experience.
