Kicking off Wellington on a Plate with our Tabasco honey glazed chorizo patty with jalapeño corn beignets, lime smashed avocado, chorizo crumble, caramelised onion jam, coriander, and a chipotle lime crema all in an Arobake brioche bun that’s been grilled with a tequila burnt corn butter!

And yes, it can be made gluten free :)
