We're excited to officially welcome our new Executive Chef, Fabricio Porcel, and launch Karahui's new summer menu with a special Meet the Chef Dinner for our locals!

Originally from Mendoza, Argentina, Fabricio has called Martinborough home for the past seven years, settling here with his wife, Belen, after arriving in 2019.

With eight years' experience as a chef, alongside his experience as a sommelier, Fabricio has a strong understanding of the relationship between food and w**e.

His cooking is grounded in his South American heritage, with influences from Spain, Portugal, Italy and France, alongside Asian flavours and techniques

Head across the Square this Thursday and get a taste of the new summer menu.
