April.. Has been one year since I have sold my little café and I have embarked on this new career journey in the diplomatic world. I took the leap and am enjoying every minute of it! 🌍
Of course I miss the café a bit too ❤️

Hi everyone.

This year too for Christmas I am carrying out a charity project.

This year I don't have the chance to prepare 100 portions of lasagna like I did last time but I still want to do my part 😊

I will prepare 10 Christmas lunches, each enough for 4 people (starter, first course, second course with side dish and fruit) to be delivered to needy families.

Unfortunately there are people who either eat at Christmas or give gifts to their children... and I hope I can help.

If you would like to be part of this project too, you can help me:

🎅 donating $ to buy the ingredients 06-0453-0203601-00 (write Christmas in the reason for payment)

🎅 Buy something to put in the lunch boxes (for example strawberries or desserts)

🎅 Cook something to put in the lunch boxes (in this case I'll tell you what the menu is so we can make them all the same) either at your home or at my house in Karori with me

🎅 Help me deliver the lunch boxes

Fresh pasta for Fundraising! 🍝🍝

This Friday 17 and Saturday 18, I will make some fresh pasta to sell for fundraising for Oxfam - me and my team will walk 100km in 30 hours without sleep for charity in March. (Oxfam Trailwalker in Taranaki).
2024 will be the last year that this event will be host in New Zealand so please donate! 🙏💪

Few months ago I gifted myself this pasta machine and finally I got the opportunity to use it during the weekend.
It was very easy and I will definitely use it much often!

My team and I are about to challenge ourselves, and challenge injustice and poverty, by taking part in the life-changing event, Oxfam Trail walker 💪💪

100KM WALK in less than 36hrs without sleep and rest
